Variety is reporting that the Lifetime network’s comedic drama “Drop Dead Diva“, filmed in Peachtree City, Georgia, has been picked up for an 13 additional episodes. Congratulations to all involved!

The production Zombieland was spotted down in Newnan a few days ago, transforming its quaint downtown into an apocalyptic wasteland straight out of a 1970s Charleton Heston film. The film’s biggest name, Woody Harrelson was spotted picking his way amidst the wreckage and the people of Newnan were quite excited at the opportunity to have their town appear in this horror/comedy.
