Breaking news that the Georgia General Assembly has passed House Bill 1100, providing hope to Georgia’s beleaguered film and video industry! More news as information is gathered.

House Bill 1100 [click here to download PDF] has passed unanimously out of the Finance Committee and will go before the state senate sometime next week.
